Reference NLP

I have for many years used some of the NLP tools in work situations when I in 2007 completed both the NLP Practitioner and the NLP Master Practitioner/NLP Coach Certication with the NLP & Coaching Academy.  The training was a real aha-experience, and gave me a better insight in human behaviour, communication and learning.

Insight in my own thinking about consequence is much more on a conscious level.  I have more focus on possibilities and goals, and I am now thinking in wider perspectives than before. I also have great benefit from NLP in my job as coach and business advisor. NLP has given tools to help others to gain the same understanding of self and orientation around possibilities.

The training at NLP & Coaching Academy had a lot of focus on exercise and “learning by doing”. Methods and tools therefore become more applicable and give a better competence. At the same time I experience a pragmatic attitude to the fact that people are different and prefer different approaches. This is OK. There is no need to stress. The atmosphere at the training courses was informal and personal, and gave everyone a feeling of security and confidence.
